WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES DRKMTTR ACCEPT?

The door accepts CASH ONLY.
The bar accepts cash, VISA, Master Card, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The merch counter typically only accepts cash, but touring bands may have accessibility for cards, based on their technology.
There is an ATM inside.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID REQUIREMENTS?

Masks are encouraged. Vaccine cards are not required at entry. (Updated 06/2022)

WHERE IS THE VENUE LOCATED?

We are located at 1111 Dickerson Pike, Nashville, TN 37207. Click here to view a map. If you are taking a Lyft or Uber, we find it easiest to get dropped off at the Dollar General across the street. This helps with traffic congestion in our front lot and an easier turn around for you driver!

HOW CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS FOR DRKMTTR?

Advance tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite. All advance ticket sales online end the day of the event. Please check our calendar for direct links for each event to purchase tickets.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

There are several parking spots available in front of our building. There is street parking on surrounding streets. Do not park at Dollar General. You will be towed. We do encourage Uber and Lyft if you plan to consume alcohol.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled. Please submit a contact form if you are ISO a refund for a cancelled show.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO ATTEND SHOWS AT DRKMTTR?

Unless otherwise posted our venue is all-ages, all the time.

MY CHILD WANTS TO ATTEND AN ALL-AGES SHOW AT DRKMTTR, BUT I FEEL NERVOUS.

We’ve been doing all-ages shows for many years, but the decision to let your child come to a show here is obviously up to you as a parent. We suggest attending a show with your child, so you can get a first-hand experience of how we run the venue and treat our patrons. We’re confident that once you’ve been here you’ll feel comfortable about allowing your child to come to DRKMTTR shows. If at any point you or your child feels that they need a buddy for advice or support, please reach out to our staff personally (or online) and we will be happy to lend an ear or introduce them to a few friends so they feel more comfortable.

DO I NEED MY ID TO ENTER THE VENUE?

An ID is only required if you plan on drinking alcohol. Because we are an all-ages venue we take checking ID’s very seriously. In compliance with TN laws anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government issued photo ID, no matter how old you think you may look.
Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and not allowed to buy, hold or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue. There is no re-entry for indivuals under 21.

DOES DRKMTTR HAVE SEATS?

Unless a show is advertised as seated, which is rare, our shows are general admission and standing room only. A small number of bar stools are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I GET THERE TO GET A GOOD PLACE TO SEE THE SHOW?

We like to think that there are no bad sight lines in the venue, but if you like to be right up front, we suggest you arrive when doors open. Keep in mind that no matter how early you line up there may already be people ahead of you in line and you are not guaranteed any particular spots inside.

HOW ABOUT DRINKS?

We have one bar located within the venue offering a small selection of domestic beer and non-alcoholic beverages.

DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE?

We only insist that you be dressed and wear shoes. Personal items such as pocket knives, pepper spray, flasks, outside food + drinks or anything that could be considered dangerous or contraband will not be allowed in the building.

DO YOU HAVE A COAT CHECK?

We do not provide a coat check and recommend that you leave any items that are valuable at home, or locked in your car. Please do not leave any valuable items in plain view in your car.

CAN I SMOKE IN THE VENUE?

No.

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES REGARDING PHOTO/VIDEO/AUDIO?
